Keystone Housing Solutions provides safe, affordable independent shared housing for adults who are able to live independently. Our homes offer a structured, substance-free environment where residents enjoy the privacy of their own personal space while benefiting from a stable and supportive community.

What's Included
- Welcome Hygiene Package: Every resident receives a personal care kit upon arrival containing essentials such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, and grooming tools. Additional items are provided as needed.
- On-Site Laundry Access: On-Site Laundry Access: Residents have complimentary access to the on-site laundry room. A monthly supply of laundry detergent is provided as part of the shared household supplies. If additional detergent is needed before the next monthly replenishment, residents are responsible for supplying their own.
- Wi-Fi & Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire property. Digital cable television access is provided on all shared community televisions.
- Public Transit Accessibility: Properties are strategically located near major public transportation routes, allowing residents to travel independently to appointments, jobs, and errands.
Third-Party Care Coordination
Keystone Housing Solutions operates strictly as a housing provider and does not administer healthcare. However, we welcome external support. Residents have the freedom to independently arrange third-party services of their choice, including local pharmacy home delivery, home health aides, or in-home medical visits.

Program Scope & Care Boundaries
Q: Does Keystone Housing Solutions provide or coordinate medical, personal care, or support services?
A: No.
Keystone Housing Solutions provides housing only. Residents are fully responsible for arranging and managing any medical, personal care, or support services they may need.
Q: Are residents permitted to have guests or visitors?
A: No.
To protect the safety, privacy, and comfort of all residents, visitors are not permitted inside the residence.
Q: Is there a nighttime curfew for residents?
A: Yes.
To ensure all residents receive quiet, undisturbed sleep, Keystone enforces a mandatory nighttime Community Quiet Hours. All residents must be inside the home by 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and by 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. Exceptions are granted only for verified employment schedules or documented medical emergencies.
Q: Are bedrooms private or shared?
A: Shared
We offer shared bedrooms to keep our housing affordable. Every bedroom is fully furnished and designed to provide a comfortable, cozy personal space for each resident.
Q: What is the house policy on smoking, alcohol, and substances?
A: Keystone maintains a strict, substance-free environment.
Alcohol, recreational drugs, and smoking/vaping are completely prohibited inside the residence. Violations of this policy are grounds for immediate lease termination to ensure the safety of all residents.
Q: Who cleans the house?
A: Routine property visits by management and designated house leaders help maintain house standards and supplies.
Q: Is there an on-site property manager or house leader?
A: House leaders and management conduct routine visits to maintain the home and monitor supplies. We do not provide 24-hour staffing.
Q: Is a security deposit or first month's rent required before move-in?
A: Yes.
Approved applicants must pay the first month’s rent and a standard security deposit before keys are issued. We accept funding from individual income, family sponsorship, or approved community organization grants.
Q: What happens if a resident cannot pay their rent?
A: Rent is due on the first of each month. If a resident experiences a financial disruption, they must notify management immediately. We work closely with case managers to resolve issues early, but consistent non-payment will result in standard legal eviction procedures.
