About Keystone Housing
Mission:
At Keystone, we offer safe, structured, and affordable independent living homes for adults 65+ who value comfort, dignity, and everyday independence. We proudly welcome veterans, individuals with disabilities, and adults transitioning from homelessness. Through connections to community-based resources, residents are supported in achieving stability and moving forward in a respectful, compassionate living environment. We are a non-medical group home.

Keystone maintains shared spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming home. Residents are responsible for their personal belongings, private living areas, and their own daily care.
Services We Provide
Hygiene Package
Each resident receives a hygiene package upon arrival, with additional items provided as needed. The package includes everyday personal care essentials such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shave gel, razor, deodorant, comb, brush, lip balm, facecloth, hand sanitizer, tissues, nail clippers, hair ties, and feminine hygiene products.
Access to Transportation
Our homes are conveniently located near public transportation, giving residents the flexibility to travel independently to appointments, errands, and personal destinations at their own pace and expense.
Laundry Access
Residents have access to an on-site laundry room for personal use. Laundry supplies may be provided as needed. Residents are responsible for laundering their own clothing and personal items.
Wi-Fi & Cable
Wi-Fi is available throughout the home to support residents’ communication and everyday digital needs. Cable television access is available on shared televisions.
Pharmacy
While Keystone Housing Solutions provides housing only, residents may independently arrange services such as local pharmacy home delivery or in-home medical visits with third-party providers of their choice.
Who Is a Good Fit
Keystone Housing Solutions is a good fit for adults who are able to live independently and are seeking a safe, structured, and affordable place to call home.
Our homes are best suited for individuals who:
- Are 65 years of age or older
- Can manage their own personal care, medications, and daily activities
- Are comfortable in a shared living environment and do not need 24 hours medical supervision
- Agree to follow house rules and community standards
- Value a substance-free, respectful, and stable living environment
- Are seeking independent housing, and is able evacuate in case of emergency
Keystone may not be a good fit for individuals who require:
- Hands-on personal care or supervision
- Medication management or medical services
- Daily reminders or support with activities of daily living
- On-site transportation or care coordination
